An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ADMIN ASSISTANT at I&J, Woodstock, Cape Town. The purpose of this role is to assist with the administrative function reporting to the PA of the Managing Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

Co-ordinate the Mail/Post Function Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organisation Post normal mail and Registered mail Co-ordinate the Stationery Function: Ordering stationery for the various departments Creating of stationery orders on SAP Ensuring stationery request forms are completed correctly and authorised by department head Archiving: Archive, coordinate and liaise with Metrofile for quotes for retrievals and collections Create purchase orders for retrievals and collections Assist with Administrative function support to PA to MD Raise all Purchase Orders required Assist with compiling and distribution of Board pack and various other packs Reception Relieving of reception/switchboard when necessary Office Equipment Coordinate repairs to office equipment Log calls for when printers need servicing Order toners and cartridges for office printers

Experience Required

Minimum of 1 year Admin/Reception experience

Minimum Qualifications Required

Grade 12 Administrative qualification advantageous

Knowledge Required

SAP would be advantageous Basic MS Office
