Job Description

Minute taking ; Typing letters, e-mails, agendas and minutes of meetings; reports and presentations as per information provided by Portfolio Head; Distributing agendas for meetings to all attendees 1 day before the time and minutes following the meeting.

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 required
  • Advanced computer skills: MS Office (Extremely efficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint) required
