Position Description:

A maternity contract position has become available within the Stock Department of TFG Finance and Advisory.

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

  • Matric
  • An Accounting qualification
  • 1 year admin experience
  • Relevant experience in a stock related environment- advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP and ODBMS/PMM -advantageous
  • Assertiveness and good planning skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • A high level of accuracy & numeracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

You will be responsible for, among other duties:

  • Preparing Monthly Purchases recons for different divisions.
  • Preparing trading accounts for all divisions
  • Posting the monthly gross profit and losses for all divisions
  • Any Adhoc stock related issues

Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
