A maternity contract position has become available within the Stock Department of TFG Finance and Advisory.
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
- An Accounting qualification
- 1 year admin experience
- Relevant experience in a stock related environment- advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP and ODBMS/PMM -advantageous
- Assertiveness and good planning skills
- Good attention to detail
- A high level of accuracy & numeracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
You will be responsible for, among other duties:
- Preparing Monthly Purchases recons for different divisions.
- Preparing trading accounts for all divisions
- Posting the monthly gross profit and losses for all divisions
- Any Adhoc stock related issues
Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
