REQUIREMENTS: NQF level 3, AET (ABET level 3). An appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Bricklaying. A valid driver’s license (Attach a copy). Competencies: Technical analysis. Computer aided technical applications. Knowledge of legal compliance. Technical report writing. Production process knowledge and skills. Problem solving and analysis. Decision making. Team work. DUTIES: Design. Production. Maintenance. Perform administrative and related function.

Shortlisted candidates for the posts of SMS will be subjected to a technical exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job, the logistics of which will be communicated by the Department and competency–based assessment. All shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a security clearance and verification of qualifications. Shortlisted applicants will be required to provide their original qualification certificates and ID on the day of the interviews for verification purposes.
