Description
Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide prompt service to internal and external customers as part of a high-volume call centre, responding to voice and other electronic means of contact, as well as face to face interactions with walk in customers.
- Servicing customers can include, but is not limited to:
- processing change requests
- make bookings for clients
- provide relevant documentation on request
- giving account and product information, as well as relating and providing financial information back to the customer (balance and statements and invoices)
- assisting on web service platforms
- taking the necessary action to administer customer accounts accurately
- Make detailed records of each interaction with customers in the relevant record keeping database
- Drive first call resolution, taking ownership, keeping promises made to clients if feedback is not immediately available
- Ensure all records are up to date and verified with the Customer
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints, following necessary policies and procedures
- Protect client information as well as the corporate interest of Altech Netstar
Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements & experience needed
- Matric
- 6 months Customer service call centre experience
