Matric Certificate or National Certificate (Vocational) plus an appropriate three year tertiary qualification. A valid driver’s license. Knowledge/ Skills: Community development work, skills, attitude and values of communities; Ability and competence to co-ordinate community development structures, and ability to manage projects; knowledge and understanding of human behaviour and Social systems, legislation; understanding of social dynamics of communities; presentation; computer literacy, communications, facilitation; research and report writing; Basic financial management.
