Core Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative functions
- Provide human resource administrative functions
- Perform general functions
- Keep abreast with appropriate legislation and inform subordinates
- Apply prescribed procedure to ensure effective documents tracking and investigate irregularities concerning staff
- Monitor and ensure that service level agreement with customers are met
- Ensure that all vehicle registration and licensing transactions are in accordance with the prescription of the National Road Traffic Act
